This is a simple idea: a quick, easy way for residents to point out a road, drainage, lighting or park issue on a map, and see it tracked and followed up. It works today, and it could easily be expanded — a practical example of what's possible at the council table to serve people better.

What's possible at the council table to serve people better

This is a simple, working tool — not the Municipality's official reporting system. It shows how a council member could take feedback, keep maps current, and involve residents, then act on it. It works today and could easily be expanded. Try it: drop a pin, describe what you see, and watch it move through review.
