Nothing on this page is an accusation against any employee, councillor or contractor. Municipal staff can only work with the direction, budget, training and equipment council provides. Where I raise a concern, I'll point to the public record and describe what I'd like to see changed — and where facts are still being established, I'll say so plainly.

Flooding & Emergency ReadinessLearn from the 2026 flooding and sewer-backup experience and be better prepared next time.

Responsible PlanningDecisions that hold up over ten years, not just one budget cycle — with taxes treated as a trust.

Community EngagementListening should be a normal part of governing, not something that happens only at election time.
