Plain language, no fine print. If anything here is unclear, ask and we'll explain it.
Only what you choose to give us through a form on this site: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, address or neighbourhood, your survey answers, and any message you write. Anonymous submissions collect no contact information at all.
Your information is used to reply to you, to organize volunteers and lawn signs, to send campaign updates if you asked for them, and to understand which issues matter to residents. That's it.
We do not publish your personal information, display it on this website, sell it, trade it or share it with other organizations or campaigns. Individual feedback is kept confidential; only general themes are ever discussed publicly.
No consent box on this site is pre-checked. You are only added to the campaign update list if you tick the box asking for it. Ticking a box to receive updates is separate from asking for a reply — one does not imply the other.
You can unsubscribe from campaign updates at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any campaign email or writing to hello@verlin.ca. We'll remove you promptly and confirm.
Want to know what the campaign holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@verlin.ca and we'll take care of it.
Campaign records are kept only as long as needed for campaign purposes and any applicable record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted.
