Bring the community map to your municipality
Roads and water don't stop at a municipal line, and neither should a good tool. If your council or administration is curious about the same public reporting, follow-up and scorecard for your area, reach out — we're always open to working with partners.
What you get
- A public map where residents pin issues, add photos and confirm they're affected too.
- Email confirmation and moderation, so what publishes is real and consented.
- A staff view for triage, status updates, resolution notes and pin corrections.
- Automatic updates back to everyone following a report.
- A public scorecard built from your own timestamps — open, resolved, and how long things take.
How it goes
1. Say hello
A councillor, CAO, public works lead or engaged resident sends the form below. No commitment attached.
2. A short walkthrough
Fifteen minutes to see how reports come in, how they're triaged, and what residents see back.
3. Setup
We add your boundary, the categories that fit your municipality, and the staff addresses that receive reports.
4. Live
Residents report and follow issues on the map, and your scorecard numbers build from your own reports.
Residents are welcome to start this too. If you live in a neighbouring municipality, drop a pin on the community map — out-of-area reports are kept, counted, and listed on the public scorecard as a request to add your area.
